The Niagara Region, which covers 1896 sq. km (715 sq. miles), is made up of 12 unique and distinct municipalities. Varying from the larger populated cities of St. Catharines and Niagara Falls with their urban intensive features, to Wainfleet and West Lincoln with a more rural or natural area setting. Contrasting municipal features and unique natural landscape contribute to the diverseness of the Regional Municipality of Niagara.


To Niagara Falls from Toronto, ON, CA

  1. Merge onto Gardiner Expressway W
  2. Merge onto ON-403 W/ QEW
  3. Slight left at Queen Elizabeth Way (signs for Niagara/East Hamilton/ Fort Erie)
  4. Take the ON-420 exit on the left toward The Falls/Niagara Falls USA
  5. Continue straight on ON-420 E
  6. Turn right at Stanley Ave


To Niagara Falls from Buffalo, NY, USA

  1. Merge onto I-190 N
  2. Take exit 9 for Peace Bridge Plaza
  3. Slight right toward Peace Bridge Plaza
  4. Continue straight towards Peace Bridge Plaza (toll road)
  5. Entering Canada (Ontario)
  6. Continue on Peace Bridge Plaza (toll road)
  7. Continue onto Queen Elizabeth Way
  8. Take the exit ON-420 E (The Falls)
  9. Turn right at Stanley Ave
