Recognized as one of Niagara's best courses, Peninsula Lakes GC has been repeatedly listed on the Toronto Star's Bogey Man's Top 18 GTA / Niagara courses.

Peninsula Lakes GC features bent grass throughout (tees, fairways, greens), multiple tee boxes and short rough. There are numerous strategically placed fairway bunkers and most greens are guarded by generally small, shallow, very playable sand traps. Peninsula Lakes' mid-size greens are as good as any in Niagara, putting fast and true. As the name suggests, the original Quarry Course (3204 yards / par 35) is defined by a descent to the quarry bottom and a gradual return to the clubhouse atop its rim. The Quarry nine includes four (4) large "lakes" which can come into play on holes # 1, 2, 5 and 6. The fairways are generous, but well defined by numerous bunkers and perimeter hazards, including rough, mounds, scattered trees and OB. Peninsula Lakes GC - Quarry # 1 The Hillside Course (3260 yards / par 36) is adjacent to the clubhouse and the Quarry Course and completes the original 18-hole layout. It is consistent with the Quarry Course in that ponds come into play on several holes, including # 4, 5, 7 and 8. This nine more so than the others makes imaginative use of its many lakes and offers some very scenic hole settings. Peninsula Lakes GC - Hillside # 7 The Orchard Course (3221 yards / par 35), already looks as though it has always been there. The first few holes makes good use of elevation changes, while still more "lakes" define holes # 6, 7 & 8 later in the round. While a bit flatter and straighter than the other nines, the Orchard Course is a bit narrower and plays a bit longer than the others.
