The Bike Train Initiative is an award-winning project that has introduced bike racks onboard passenger rail services across Ontario and made seamless bike transportation from one destination to another, a reality. Offered seasonally, cyclists in Ontario now have the option to enjoy this hassle free roll on, roll off service to access cycling routes province wide.
Each summer GO Transit offers weekend and holiday Bike Train service, Toronto to St Catharines, Niagara Falls and all stops in between. This convenient and economical service is a great options for cyclists wanting to explore the Niagara region by bike.

VIA Rail
- Windsor-London-Toronto (daily trains) - Toronto-Ottawa and Montreal (daily trains) NOTE: Bikes can be transported only on trains listed with baggage cars. 12 bike racks are available on those trains, with no disassembly or boxing required. Upon arrival at the train station, check your bike at the baggage counter.
