Our goals are to bring together people with a common interest in art, and to provide opportunities for sharing artistic skills and techniques. The group enables artists in different media to share their specialized skills, and enhances that experience by organizing seasonal workshops using professials in different media, and by holding art exhibitions to display members' work. We encourage art appreciation and strive to develop leadership in visual arts.
So, why don't you join us? We welcome ALL artists, whatever their level of expertise. Whether you are a professional artist or a beginner just trying to figure out which end of the paint brush is up, we would love to have you visit us at one of our Wednesday afternoon gatherings.
We pay an annual membership of $25, and a weekly dues of $3. The LPAA is a non-profit organization, and all membership dues go directly to the support of our mission.
